Shipping policy

All Items have a 5 – 7 Working day Leadtime from time of purchase.

There are no pick up points all sales are done via website with the option of shipping.

When receiving delivery of your order from Serenity Home you must ensure that you:

Are satisfied with the nature, quality and quantity of the goods from Serenity Home prior to use and/or installation, as no returns will be accepted following the use or installation of such Goods; and

Must be familiar with, understand and comply with the installation instructions applicable to the goods. Serenity Home will not, accept any liability arising from your failure to adhere to installation instructions applicable to any goods. Should you need assistance with any installation instructions, please contact us at info@serenityhome.co.za for assistance.

Damages and/or defects should be notified to Serenity Home within 48 hours of receiving the delivery where applicable, a note needs to be made upon delivery.
